Departure Services - Standard - Accompanied
- The departure service supports those assignee/transferees in arranging departure from a location. In a correct and timely manner. The employee is assisted with leaving the property, closing all accounts, leases de-registration and other obligations as they depart their work location.
- Notify landlord and coordinate lease termination per requirements stipulated in lease
- Negotiate with landlord an early termination of the contract, if needed
- Check-out with Protocol – walk through with Landlord (with or without employee present) and based on the check-in protocol, note any repairs/damages together with photographs above the normal wear and tear. Hand back all keys to the Landlord. Ensure that the protocol is signed by the Partner, or employee if present and the landlord or their agent and a copy is to be provided to all relevant parties
- Retrieve the security deposit based on the terms of the lease agreement
- Ensure that all local services (i.e. utilities, car lease, club memberships, and bank) are notified of employee’s departure and provide support in arranging to terminate services. Provide appropriate forwarding address for any final bills.
- Provide details anProvide notice to school(s) of family’s departure. Obtain refund of school deposit, if applicabled contacts emergency numbers, local hospitals, doctors, dentists etc. together with registration process
- Arrange for final cleaning of property
- Advise on de-registration with the local authorities’ process, if applicable
- Advise on how to set up mail forwarding
- Assistance with terminating parking permit
- Provide information or advise on selling and disposing of car and furniture
