Exit Permit Only
This permit is intended for foreign nationalities who currently hold a temporary stay permit (KITAS) and are planning to leave the country, change jobs, change the type of KITAS. Once your KITAS expired and you will not be extending it, you will be required to apply for an Exit Permit Only.
REQUIREMENT
Company Sponsor
- Request letter of KITAS cancellation (company letterhead)
- Original Passport
- Original work permit (IMTA)
- Copy of DPKK fund
- Other documents if required
Spouse Sponsor
- Request letter of KITAS cancellation
- Original Passport
- ID Card (KTP) of Indonesian Spouse (If applicable)
- Copy of Marriage Certificate
