REMARKS:
1. All prices exclude government tax, withholding tax, VAT and levies as applicable.
2. All prices remain fixed for a period of 12 months from date of submission except to account for exchange rate movements.
3. Rates are applicable for areas stated. Service to remote areas would be quoted additionally.
4. All prices exclude any direct pass through costs, bank fees, courier fees, realtor commissions and such.
5. Any pass through costs for ad hoc expense payments to be reimbursed within 14 days. (Eg. Common Area Maintenance (CAM), property taxes, insurance, utilities, cleaners, security and supply costs.)
6. Based on net 30 days payment terms.
7. Normal service hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional charges are applicable to work performed outside normal service hours. (this is applicable to transactional services only – Assignment Management services are provided as per requirement)
8. Standard cancellation policy applies: Greater than 5 working days’ notice: 0%; Between 2 and 5 working days’ notice: 50%; Less than 2 working days’ notice: 100% (for transactional services DSP services)
9. Local taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Business is conducted subject to Noble Asia’s standard terms and conditions which are available on request.
11. Expense management services and their scope items are available subject to local regulations.
12. Expense management funding arrangements subject to specific negotiation
13. Opening of bank accounts and credit cards is supported as far as local legislation allows.
14. Providing advice on financial products can only be done if local legislation allows
15. All bank fees, charges, and additional other payment-related expenses will be borne by the CLIENT.
16. Paid Service Fee is of non-cancellation and non-refundable nature
