School Search

The school /daycare search is to identify according to the employee’s needs assessment and to pro-actively support the employee and their family to select the most suitable school option for their children within their new location as follows:

  • Partner, based on the employee’s needs assessment form, will establish a list of suitable schools within the area.
  • Based on the above criteria, the employee receives a list of suitable schools/daycare within the area together with full information and links together with further information of type of school (same sex, co-educational, religious, non-religious, full details on their extra-curricular activities which are a match to the family’s needs. Availability is also to be advised and length of waiting list if applicable
  • Based on the employee’s selection, the Partner will make appointments to preview the selected schools and provide the family with a full itinerary
    Employee/family collected from and returned to the employee’s preferred location (hotel, office etc.)
  • The Partner will accompany the family to the school appointments
  • Once the school/daycare is selected, the family shall be provided with a list of all documents the school/daycare requires together with the registration form
  • Support to complete all application documents will be provided, if required
  • Partner shall monitor and follow up on the application and advise the family immediately if accepted or not
  • The Partner shall provide information on when the deposit to hold a space(s) is due, means and acceptable forms of payment and assist families to facilitate processing of payment(s)
