Lease Cancellation
The lease cancellation service offers a person to support the employee and who will coordinate with the employee and landlord to reach an agreement of terms of cancellation. At a minimum the product will include the following:
- Notify landlord and coordinate lease termination per requirements stipulated in lease
- Arrange for a property check-out to take place (see separate scope if accompanied service is required)
- Provide parties with check-out protocol (Landlord,
- Employee if unaccompanied)
- Distribution of signed check-out protocol to appropriate parties
- Negotiate return of security deposit and collect refund of security deposit
- Distribution of documents to appropriate parties
